I forgot to update my credit card on my account, therefore i woke to no service as my account, i changed my card and then there is no option to make a credit card payment on my account, only to redeem a voucher...when i dial *611, it asks for a pin number, which i do not recall setting up a pin number, when i set up my account, and i only uses 2 pins for everything and it wont let me use them and directs me to the account page to change it, however there is no where to update it....any ideas??

yes, sometimes the payment button does not show up properly
