My service is suspended but there is enough in my available balance to cover it I need this fixed ASAP I'm furious every single month there's an issue to renew when I'm on auto pay and have money on my balance tries to make me make a credit card payment or change my subscription and I and NOT doing either one !

can you login My Account using Incognito mode again and click Pay now and resume services to manually pay ?
if that does not work, try to use *611. do you remember the 4 digits PIN? if not, change it first using the link:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/reset/pin
once pin is updated. Wait 5 mins first and call *611 and make a manual payment there
