There is NO phone live support. Open a ticket throuogh chatbot.
To update credit card info use computer, clear cache and try incognito mode. If update does not work first time, wait an hour and try again.

@Bernard056 If you are having trouble with updating your credit card info you will need to open a service ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page (or the link @TheSterlinger provider for the OP). If you can't get the chatbot to work then send support a private message using this link
