No more monetary rewards!
No more loyalty nor autopay nor referral monetary credit every 30 days. Now you get 5% off your bill back in points, 10 points at anniversary and 1 point for every referral. If you participate in Community few more points could be awarded.
When you collect 15+ points you have to manually convert them to $15, it will not be automatic applied toward your bill.

as said above , the legacy rewards system has ended and every is moved to Public Points
But what plan you have?? Check the latest plans offered for existing subscribers. The $34/30 days might be as good or with more data /service and might be better for you

You were probably switched over to the new rewards system. You now get points. You need to manually redeem them for $15 off your bill when you reach 15 points, it is not longer automatic. Check your points history and see if you have received any points. You will get 5% back what you pay in points as well as 1 point for any referrals.

@dizzyonomike
All members on the old Legacy Rewards was mandatory switch to the Points Rewards in May.
Everyone was given notice in March about the switch. You should have gotten 5 points for the switch.
Now you need to collect 15 points to redeem for a $15 credit. You will get 5% in points based on your monthly plan and no more $2 credit for AutoPay.
You will also get 10 points for your annual Loyalty reward.

@dizzyonomike Were you on the old rewards system where you got loyalty and autopay discount? This system was switched to a points system where you pay in full to start with then earn points at 5% of your payments to ultimately use them for a bill credit or discounted add ons. You may have missed the announcement in March, did you get any bonus data as compensation for the switch?
