my credit card was charged twice so I’ve tried to open tickets and I am new to using the community. However I’m not receiving any emails telling me there was a response so I have missed three responses and tickets have been closed… How is the best way to get the overcharge refunded?

@Kendalw  In addition to enabling email notifications, you can also check for a reply from customer service by watching the envelope icon top right of these community pages, it will show a red notification if there is a reply.  If you don't see the envelope (some don't depending on device/resolution) then tap your avatar for a drop down which includes Messages.  If there is a reply in private messages it will be indicated there.

Click on your avatar at the top right of your screen. Choose settings>>Preferences>>Private messenger. Make sure you have the box checked to recieve emails for private messages. Click " Save" at the bottom of the page.

When you submit a ticket or send a private message to customer support they will nearly always respond within a few hours>>up to 24 hours and on rare occasions when extremely busy up to 48 hours. Make sure you check your private messages for a response and reply no later than 48 hours after reaching out or the system will automatically close your ticket.

Opening tickets is the only way. Open another ticket.
