over bill payment

Why would my bill go from $22.40 up to $28.00 on May 3 auto pay. Plus it used to come out on the 14th. All I did was accept the free extra GB of data for 150 days. Time to change maybe...

@TeeTee1  It sounds like you may be on the $25 plan, so before leaving you might want to log in to your account and check out the offers there that aren't on the advertised Shop page.  For $19 you can get the same 1GB data but at 4G speed and then your future points can be used for bill credits in increments of $15 (or buy add ons starting at 5 points).

As for the renewal date change, Public Mobile plans are 30 days (or 90 for certain plans) and not one month so you lose a day every so often.

@TeeTee1

here's a bit of reading that might clear things up for you...PM did give us all a warning that this change was coming.

You are probably aware that there was a change from the Legacy Rewards to the Points Reward…reason for the bonus data for 150 days.

Let us know which carrier has a better deal than PM with the Rewards discount.

Because there is NO more monetary rewards. We are all switched to Points.

So no more loyalty credit and no more autopay credit.
Now you will get 1 point for each referral, 10 points at anniversary and 5% off in points from your bill. Points you have manually to convert to $ when you collect at least 15 and apply to your bill.
