order cancelled due to fraud

I bought a device on public moble because mine is dead.. And I got an email stateting that it was cancelled because they thought it was a fraud. But its not... I bought it. Why?

i suggest you before you buy it a second time, "Submit a ticket" to Moderator Team to you make sure what the reason for the cancellation your order, to you know 100% what you do you know.

 

Only one way to you know,

Which model of phone did you order? You may be able to find a better deal elsewhere...

 

B&H photo currently has the moto g7+ at US$149, google pixel 3 at US$199 and the samsung dual sim A31 US$210 shipping and duties about $20 more per order and ships in 3-4 days to Canada.

I think you should contact Mod to confirm the status and confirm why it got cancelled.  If they really didn't charge you , then maybe you can try reordering again

Follow the prompts to submit a ticket.

@dresden Can you try different credit card?  Also, try using same shipping address as billing.
