I ordered a sim card. I accidently ordered 6 but I only want one. I need to cancel the extra 5. Please help

Just click on Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to help you.

It has not been shipped out yet.

Did you notice your total bill was $60 plus taxes and not $10 plus taxes?

If it was shipped out already. PM will probably want you to ship them back for a refund.

PM is prepaid provider and usually does not provide refund.

however, seems like this is an odd case and support might be able to help.  Please open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Login" and finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
