Hello I ordered 4 SIM cards, made 4 different accounts. I paid for the plan using my credit card. I have not received SIM cards yet. I want to cancel the order and I’m asking for refund if my credit card has already been charged!

SIM cards are free now when subscribe to a new plans.
SIM cards may take up to 3 weeks to arrive and your CC was charged to keep the promo deals. The charges are probably under pending until the SIM are activated on the app then the charges will be posted.

We are all customers like you. You would need to reach out to a CS Agent for this.
To submit a ticket, start with the chatbot at the bottom right corner.

It does take up to 3 weeks to get them in the mail. Depending on which plans you purchased, are you sure you want to just throw that away?

You should be able to get a refund since none of the plans were used!
