My wife is having issues transferring her phone number from her previous provider to Public Mobile. She accidentally switched her SIM card before confirming the transfer and the transfer has cancelled and she now has both accounts active. We need someone from Public Mobile to reinitiate the transfer so she can get the confirmation text and accept in order to keep her old phone number.
