I have a $15 plan want to change to the $24 promo plan

hi there.  I am interested in changing my plan to the promo $24 dollar plan which has 4G data.  Currently I have the $15 plan. Would that be possible?  Also if this change can be done, will I loose my loyalty $$ off every month?  Thank you!

When you contact Customer Service, make sure you are asking to upgrade to the 4G plan nicely. If they respond positively, one of the agent will contact you via your community account email. So, make sure to check this account frequently. If they offered to upgrade, tell them to upgrade immediately to lock in the offer. You will keep your legacy dollar discount. Good luck
