That worked! Putting the SIM into a different phone fixed the issue right away, and now that it's back into my own phone everything seems to be working properly.

@Devon1 do you have another phone to put the PM SIM there to test? this will force a reprovision and see if it will fix the issue

I have tried removing and re-installing the Sim. No change.

That is correct, yesterday everything worked normally, and today I have the problem.

We need to narrow down if the problem is your account or your phone.
Try putting your SIM in another phone to see if it works. If it works then it is your phone.
If it doesn’t work, login your account and check if your AutoPay is registered on Dynamic AutoPay. Also check if your Account Status is Active.
There seems to be a glitch with AutoPay being turned off. Go to Make a Payment and turn on AutoPay.

I am having the same issues since last night. My texts and calls are going out but not to everyone and I am not receiving any texts or calls. Calling my number goes straight to voicemail and messages show delivered on the other end but never received on my end. What can I do...

If it is a minutes issue you could call that number from any phone or even free coop app/service and access your vm by pressing # once you hear your vm greeting start
Then it will ask for your vm Pin and you can hear it that way without using your mins, but it sounds like you may have another issue if your phone works fine and you are getting into your vm but no messages are there when you know there should be. In that case the tests suggested above would be best to determine that and see if needs to be escalated.

Did you just ported your old number over to PM?
If so, reboot your phone by powering off then back on. If this didn’t work…it might be your phone or your phone settings.
What make and model is your phone?

As long as your account is active and last renewal was successful (bill paid in full) your PM service should be in order.
What phone do you have? I understand apple has more issues than Android...
Did you accidentally change any settings on your phone? Set 'do not disturb' on or similar?
Do calls to you go directly to voice mail?
What other party hears when they call you? Any message?

How long have you been PM customer?
Did you very recently port your number to PM?
Try few simple remedies for starters:
- reboot your phone
- remove and insert back your SIM
