Only one of my accounts got the text. There was the offer and then in another seeming button was the YES or something that looked like a reply but it wasn't really. I did not tap it and nor did I reply YES. The scheduled plan change was not in the account. I'm not sure how you got the next text.

@Sam2000 If you didn't accept the offer by responding to the text, then there won't be any change to your current plan. However, you can log into your account to view the details of your current plan and there would be details of any scheduled plan change (if applicable) just to reassure yourself.

No there is no option like that there.

no, I did not, it came up once I opened the message

I'm curious, did you get a button pre-filled with YES that you could tap? Did you tap it?

your phone is scary, auto type YES.. Glad it is not a porting authentication text
No worry, Just login to My Account, go to Plan and addons page, click Change my plan. There should be something on top telling you the scheduled plan change, you can cancel there
if that doesn't work open ticket with PM support
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

I received an SMS message which contains an offer to change my plan, and when I pressed the message to read it.
Then the word YES was typed automatically to accept the offer, although I do not want to.
Two minutes later I received a second SMS message thanking me to change my plan and that it will be updated on my next monthly renewal date which is 23 Nov.
I am trying to contact help dish by phone and the website but there is no customer service in person.
I do not need to change the plan from the one I have now
So please stop any upgrade to the existing plan.
My mobile number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Please log into your Self Serve account. Go to the Plans section and disable/cancel and scheduled plan change.

Log into your self service account and choose Plans & Add-Ons. You should be able to cancel the plan from there.
