Keep your old SIM in your phone to receive the confirmation text. The old SIM will continue to work for about 2 hours then switch to PM SIM.
Contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process for you at:

Are you moving TO Public Mobile or TO another provider?
Either way, you'll need to contact the company where you're moving to when porting.
You also need to ensure the PRIOR service account remains active, and that you keep your prior mobile service provider SIM card in your device.
This way, when you've supplied your new mobile provider the necessary information to port the number (i.e. phone number & account number), they cay promptly send you the port authorization text, to which you must reply "YES" within 90 minutes of getting it.
Then, put your new provider SIM card in, possibly reboot device, then you're good to go!!!

@xavierzhang Is your previous account still active? Is the previous provider's sim still in the phone?
