Hi, I helped a friend troubleshoot his phone by putting his sim card in my phone but now with the Public Mobile card back in my phone I can not make voice calls. Texing and Data are fine, I had no problems before this. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks

Just to let someone know the solution incase this comes up in a search. The problem I had was caused by a problem with the cell phone tower near my house. Seems PM shares a tower with another provider in my area and they were having problems with the tower and it took a week to fix.

@george223 - was your friend's card a different provider's SIM card? Otherwise, if should not have affected your service, I don't believe.
Your Public Mobile network seems disconnected on your phone. Can you manually select it in your settings?
Or, perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings with your Public Mobile SIM card in your phone. This will help you get reconnected to the proper network.
This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
Iphone:
To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.
Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.
android:
Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.

You can go back to the post and , click on Down arrow and mark "Not a solution"
look like there is a problem with 3G network in your area. PM's voice is only on 3G. Data and Text works on 4G and hence unaffected.
You can test your phone in other area and it should work.
If you want, you might want to open ticket with PM Support , let them know the issue and tell them the location so they can confirm if there is a 3G outage there

This was marked a a solution by accident. It did not solve the problem, actually putting it to 3G only made the phone say no service. Thanks for the reply but a ticket has now been submitted.

@george223 no incoming or outgoing?
Reseat your SIM once more (power down , take sim out for a minute and then power it back up again)
If issue persists, try to change the Preferred network to 3G ONLY / WCDMA ONLY
