hi
last night I finished the registration and transferred the number and when I go to the phone the sim card said is there already and I can't get any further. I still have no service . Do I need a new sim card? Please help because I really need the phone.

Is your old service still active? It needs to be activate to port over to PM.
Did you reply to the text with YES from your old carrier within 90 minutes with the old SIM in your phone? This is the most critical part of the porting process.
If both are with a yes. Contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat bubble then type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent.
There maybe a provisional issue with your SIM.
If both are no, you need to contact your old carrier to check if account is still active. Your old SIM should still work if activate. Submit a ticket and have the CS_Agent contact your old carrier to resend text.

if you have no service , this is a setup problem rather than porting
