It seems every 2 weeks at 12 o'clock my mobile data gets cut off. I'm not over my data limit. It's around the same time every time it happens. Is there service interruptions I'm not aware of?

Could be. Im always at work at that time when it happens. My talk and text are working fine. And the data worked fine right up until 12 o'clock.

@Yhorm Does it happen only in one location, or wherever you are? Just wondering about signal interference in a particular location.

i never experienced that. You can try your sim on another phone if possible. If not , you can try asking PM to refresh your account on the system.

By chance, on your phone itself, did you accidently set up a data limit level. For example, you may be on the 20 GB plan, but on your phone itself, you set the data limit to 10 GB. Then your phone will stop working at that 10 GB limit even though your plan has 20 GB.
You could check the Telus outage map for service interuptions.
