esim subscribed but not working

I subscribed to the $19/month service last week but the e-sim is not working.  Could somebody from the support message me?

That's not the issue, it just says the e-sim is not accepted when I tried the QR code.  I checked the forum and they said Public Mobile needs to send me a new ESIM since the first one is no longer working.

hi @Chibaseball 

check if the esim shows up in Settings-Cellular or the Sim Manager screen

make sure it is enabled (or Turn on this line is on) , then Reset network settings 

if you still cannot make it works, ask PM support agent.  then submit  ticket by direct message:

Hello @Chibaseball 

Go into your phone settings and choose the eSIM as your primary. Then reboot.
