I think I submitted a ticket but I can't seem to view my tickets.
I'm trying to cancel my upcoming subscription change to take effect June 13 but the cancel subscription button doesn't do anything.
Please help.

You cannot see your ticket after submitting it. You have to wait until agent replies to it. Multiple tickets do NOT help but just delay response.
There is NO 'cancel' button at PM site. The only way to stop subscription is to toggle Subscribed to OFF and in 90+ days your account will be deleted, number lost. Immediate cancellation is possible if you transfer your number to another provider.

Thanks all. A support agent tried to cancel the upcoming sub change and even they received an error. It has been escalated.

Website is finicky at times. Try to login with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try a different device or the app itself. You should be able to cancel yourself.
