My cell service has been terrible since I switched to 5g. I can hear fine but others can’t hear me, it cuts out.

Several customers have notice issues with cell voice services recently with older phones (not supported VoLTE).  Which model phone do you use?

what phone do you have?

5G is more for data.  your voice will still be using 3G or VoLTE depends on the model of the phone. But ask PM support agent to refresh your account and it might help
