no internet, cannot make calls and cannot send SMS messages

Public mobile service is getting worse. I was not able to get mobile internet, call and SMS was still working. Now I cannot make/receive phone calls, cannot send SMS messages. 

Anyone has same situations?

I am in Markham. Now phone call and SMS is back. internet is up and down. If internet is up, it shows LTE not 5G. looks service interruption.

it is just bad timing then.  In fact, it is not even Telus or PM's fault, it is a Bell network outage in the area, and Telus/PM uses Bell towers

Yes, I am in Markham.  I have been with Public for few years, but today is the first renewal of my new 90-day plan.  The app have been saying my account is on hold (other posts suggest this is typical on renewal day) and now this "no service".   Hopefully it's only the network issue and not another account issue.

are you in Markham? there is outage in Markham because of Bell network issue today

Same here, and today is also my plan renewal day.  Autopay seems to have gone through, coincident?
