Yes, I am in Markham.  I have been with Public for few years, but today is the first renewal of my new 90-day plan.  The app have been saying my account is on hold (other posts suggest this is typical on renewal day) and now this "no service".   Hope...

Same here, and today is also my plan renewal day.  Autopay seems to have gone through, coincident?
