I've joined about 3 weeks ago. and for the most part I haven't had any issues. but tonight. I have no data . had to head home from work to get wifi. tried restating my phone. turning the e-sim on and off. making sure airplane mode is not on. text and calls work. just no data. been a few hours now. could been longer not sure

so, your data is now working?

keep that data toggle handy, sometimes you do want to turn data off to make sure there is really no chance for the phone to access data

no only used 5gb of my 20gb

there is tab on my phone  that turnes data on and off. I guess I turned it off by mistake

Try again incognito/private mode

And or lap top /computer

                    OR

 

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons

If it us fine, try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on.
