currently have plan I just topped up
purchased a new phone
new phone required nano SIM card
old phone had micro SIM card or regular
ordered new nano SIM card
now what?
do I need to activate new plan and keep old one until expired?
Can I keep same phone number?

So if you did not order the new sim yet you may not have to if it's a 3 punch sim card that you currently have

Log in to your self-serve and use the Change SIM function. The rest of your account stays as was.
Edit: I just knew I was gonna get ninja'd 🙂
@scullen : You might also be able to keep using your old SIM depending on when you got it. These are triple-punch SIM's. The smaller size snaps out of the larger size.

Log into your account. Click change sim card.
Green arrow on picture below. That's all u have to do!
But your current sim card are you sure it's not a 3 punch..try to pop it out maybe it's 3 punch and will go to a nano sim. Unless you already have the new sim.
