My email for Puiblic has changed, I am not able to sign in to my account to add new email

i changed my email, but i cant login with my new email, then i login with my previous one, its logged, but it as a new costumer.
they cant resolve this problem, wasted my many time, ill let my all friend dont use public mobile!

You should still be able to login to your with the old email and correct password. The 2FA code will be sent by text to your phone.
Then under Account tab>Manage Login (Secured by Eversafe) and change the email adress.

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
