new account transferring phone #

I opened a PM account with a plan of 19.00, I picked an available number to activate the phone which it did. I then went back into this account to transfer an existing phone # of ###-###-#### which is a wireless home phone with Koodo. This #populated into the account, but the cell phone is not working at all and the wireless home phone is still active. It has been over 3 nozzles business days.

porting from Koodo home phone would take longer than from mobile phone.  it will usually take 3 day or more

but if your PM card is not working at all, can't even make calls, then you need PM to check the activation.   Message them using this link:

Cell phones don't have a dial tone.  I know that on a landline, users wait to hear a dial tone before dialing.  On a cell phone, there is no such sound. Dialing occurs by dialing the number first proceeded by pressing the call/send button.
