are you still in US?
did you try all 3 networks, T-Mobilr, At&T and Verizon? you might need to manually connect to try all 3
if refunds is needed , open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Check to see if roaming is enabled in your cellular settings. If it is then you need to manually connect to AT&T or T-Mobile network. Also, if your phone have VoLTE…enable that string too.
For a refund, you need to contact a CS_Agent. Just click on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket.

you dont need to update APN at all. You just need to go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Network can change that from Automatic to Manual and try one of the 3. You might want to try them all and see which one works or which one work the best

Critical part to US roaming depends on T-Mobile/AT&T/Verizon coverage and whether you can connect successfully onto either network.
If the phone is not connecting to T-Mobile/AT&T/Verizon, change the Network Connection from Automatic to Manual and select and test both T-Mobile and AT&T and see which one you can connect.
If your issue is with data, make sure your Roaming Mobile data is enabled and you have disabled your mobile data limiter. Also change your network mode to 4G (and don't try 5G until you can connect and works on 4G)
If your issue is with voice, make sure VoLTE is enabled on the device setting. And if it does not work, try to change the Network to T-Mobile ONLY, and change Preferred Network Type or Network Mode to 2G and see if the calls go through.
Also, you can download VoIP app TextNow as a workaround to make calls and text if you have Wifi or if your roaming has data component and data is working

you have the Canada US plan or roaming add-on? which network you tried? Try them all: At&T, T-Mobile and Verizon. Of course, turn on mobile roaming on the phone
