Hi, I got my new e-sim, phone number and plan  maybe 1 day ago and it’s working perfectly fine but today I decided that’s not really the plan I need, is there any way I could get my money refund and use that money to get the new plan?

PM is prepaid and they won't refund you 

but sometimes, people clicked wrong plan and activated the wrong one, then it might be possible to ask for plan change if you got a nice PM staff handling your case.  Worth the effort.    Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

sorry @Nahomy , PM is a prepaid provider and no refund

if just the plan is the problem, login to My Account and check Change Subscription and see what other plans now offer to you. But keep in mind that some new activation plans might no longer offer to you as you are no longer new activation
