Hey Public Mobile, really starting to hate your utter lack of service.
I got a new CC and need to update the info. No way to log in and no codes ever sent for a password reset.
Totally stuck without a phone.

While My Account is not accessible not much you can do. You can try contacting agent to update your CC.
To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

If you're suspended then do you know your 4 digit account pin? Or buy a voucher online or in stores then dial 611 to enter it and then your will reactivate.
That way you'll have service back. Then whenever they fix their stupid system you can update your credit card.

Other option is to purchase a voucher from SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell and add the funds by dialing 611 on your phone.
