my sim card no work

I bought a sim card and entered the serial number and chose the $50 membership type, but when the code for the sim card should be sent, I found that the sim card does not work, I even tried it with other phones, but the sim card does not work. Now I have lost $57 from my account and I can't even log into my account
What should I do now?

Hi @mojgan36,

I'm not sure what might be causing the SIM card to not be recognized based on your description. Could be due several things. I would recommend writing to customer service based on @Handy1 's suggestion.

No mobile phone can see the existence of this SIM card
That is, every SIM card inserted into the phone is recognized by the mobile phone, but it sends a message NO SIM card for this SIM card

@mojgan36  Did you activate the SIM card on the app ? Not website all activation need the app . If same please submit ticket with support

Hi @mojgan36,

Are you using a physical SIM or eSIM? Are you getting an error message when trying to activate your SIM?
