cannot renew second phone as subscription not shown in account

Click on forgot email which sends an email to the registered email address. Check all your possible email inboxes for it. That's the registered email address. Then click on forgot password and change it and see if you can log in then.

EDIT: Wait, you have 2 accounts with Public Mobile? Do you know which email address you used for both?

so what do I do now to find the second subscription--sign in as a new user and do what

Hi @tiser
Each account needs it's own email address. No group accounts allowed here. Best to use different browser when setting up accounts and then of course to finish off using the PM app.
