@Nicole7701 Get new phone and SIM card or if phone you get is eSIM compatible you can log into your account and sim swap the number or if eSIM buy eSIM right away with new phone in the PM app . If you can’t log into get support to help you and you I’ll keep same phone number and plan no worries
