Hi Guys
Ported over my number from chater yesterday morning.
Data and text is fine.
but my phone is not receiving any calls
been allmost 24 hours

@Vancouuver_User 24 hours is a long time. Was it a Rogers business account? If yes, you might not be able to port the number unless your employer authorizes it. If it was a regular account then keep the sim and just hand back the phone. Once your port is complete that Rogers sim cannot be used anymore.

Is the old SIM still working in your rogers phone? If so the port hasn't finished yet.
Have you received the message that your port was successful?

I had entered all the information during the sign up process
but it seems like there is some issue with PM servers
i’ve also emailed the moderators
hope they get back soon

The key to porting over a number from Chatr is to only use the account number for porting verification. Unfortunately, Chatr doesn't provide this unless you specifically phone them and ask for it.
Once you do that, send a private message to Public Mobile's moderators and have them resubmit the number porting request on your behalf. Moderators can be contacted by clicking on the following link: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

The number likely hasn't completed porting yet, you will recieve a text when it's completed. A way to verify/validate it is to swap back to your chatr or call your number with it out and it should go to your chatr voice messaging service. Also restart your phone a few times.
