I set call forwarding to a textnow number before I entered USA and tested it working but after entering USA the calls are not forwarding any more. How can I make call forwarding work here?

I would be there at least an year. Would I be able to switch back to an expired plan later if I switch to the $15 plan now? I want to keep using my current plan and phone number once I return but it would be a lot of extra cost if nothing in the plan...
@CS_Agent I am having the same issue, my plan got suspended and the payment wont process when trying a manual payment. Nothing with my card changed and it works fine.
