I am trying to transfer to chatr for 6 days and simply public mobile did not send me SMS and keeping my number as a hostage

If your PM account is active, PM should not be blocking your port request.
You should ask Chatr to initiate port request again.
Use your PM account number, account holder name and phone number for port request information. Avoid using IME of the phone.
If still having issues, contact customer service agent to see if Public mobile is doing anything to block the request.

Yes, account is active, and still keeping the public mobile , I cannot do without my phone number.

@Suffering So your Public Mobile account is still active, and you still have your Public Mobile sim in the phone?
