I've been locked out of my account. The email and password changes daily!!!! Fix it

You are the only person that choose your own email and password. PM staff can help you reset your password or change you password.

Are you sure you haven’t been hacked?

@Katherinejlord   What do you mean the email and password changes daily?  Sometimes PM's website can get glitchy and retrying later (an hour or more) will allow you to sign in as long as you know your email (username) and password.  Make sure you clear your browser cache/cookies and use incognito/privacy mode before trying to log into the account.

 

If you need to reset your email/password, you'll need to submit a ticket to customer support via the chatbot here:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

THAT is not possible. PM is Not changing your email nor password. Only you can do that or somebody who hacked your account.

You can wait one hour and try again or if still problems contact a CSA with this link.
