On PM side, there is nothing PM can do
But you are lucky you are moving to Koodo. Both Koodo and PM are owned by Telus. Call Koodo, tell them what happened, Koodo might be able to give you a one time credit to cover it.

Beg and plead with Koodo to try to get some of your real money back. The points are done. It's all Telus though so maybe they can do something. Be nice. They don't have to.

Once account is ported, it will be closed permanently. Since you already ported into Koodo, your PM account is already closed and hence you cannot login

Nope. Porting out closes the account. Kills the sim. Loses any balance and points and rewards.
