My account is disabled becuse my credit card was cancelled. I would like to re-estblish my account with anew credit card

@wjperc2 - if you have not registered for a self serve account yet, you can do that here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
Then follow @hairbag1 steps to update or replace your current card.
You can go to bottom, left corner to action this:

@wjperc2 if you don't have another credit card, easier way is to get a voucher from retails and load it into your account.
Or you can also do a instant top. Just provide them with your phone number and they can top it up for you. Instant top is available at most Canadian Tire Gas, Esso, Gateway Newstands, and MacEwen locations. Please note there will be a small fees

@wjperc2 Your other option is to pay with a voucher and load the funds by dialing 611 on your phone. Vouchers can be purchased from most major retailers, gas stations or convenience stores. Or purchase from an online selller like recharge.com but a fee is charged.

Log in to your account / Payment / scroll down to Manage my card. / Replace card.
