Thank you nice guys, finally my account is activated, but i don't know why i was charged twice, is there any cumstomer service can check the payment and do the refund?

When i loggin, always on the page of pre-activated, and i was charged twice, then go an info of "account confilcated... " or something like that, was asked to submit a ticket too, i got lost...

@Xue2023 have you downloaded the app to activate ? All activations need the app to activate . If your still having issues submit ticket with support using this direct link to support
