Hi,
I submitted payment for a $30 plan and the money was taken from my account but it then gave me an error and told me to submit a ticket and didn't allow me to finish the setup.

@Andrewkeh, I would go into your account (app or website) and look to see if the Payment History shows the transaction there. You can also go into your Credit Card account to see if there is a transaction there. If you see the payment went through and more importantly, the service is still working you can probably ignore the message but if you don't see the transaction in the history messaging an agent would be your next step.
