activating sim card

I have bought a physical sim card and installed it but cannot activate it. Help

it might.  Test making calls and test calling yourself, also text data.  If all work, then you are good

I had to restart my phone and my SIM and messages came through. That might work?

at which stage you are at for activation? if you only use the web browser to activate and just got to the payment step, it is not done 

you need to use the app to get to payment , thrn choose phone number and then the final activation step

Have you downloaded the app to start or finish setting it up? If so, what stage are you at that you're stuck at? We are going to need more info if we're going to try to help you.
