It been 62 hours since my new 4G plan commenced and i still do not have 4G data speeds.
Speed is still the same as previous 3G plan?

drops tp 4.3 mbps then 2.1 then 7.2 mbps

@Walt38 make sure on your device, the preferred network type is set to something eith LTE or 4G there
and reboot your phone once
try data speed test in different area and not just your home
(BTW, what speed you are getting??)

What kind of test speed are you getting? Speed tests can produce non repeatable and very different results each time.

@Walt38 , please access your self serve account using incognito mode on the browser to make sure that your plan change to a 4G speed plan has completed successfully. On your phone, check that you have 4G network as the preferred option.

Have you switched your cellular setting to LTE?
