I lost my card sim and i dont have an account because when i have public mobile sim card the salesman write me a wrong email address.

Here is the info you need to verify your account. They can further verify you thru your payment card details to approve a port request via written authorization once you satisfy the verification questions. Leave a detailed message explaining your dilemma.

The average wait time is 2 to 4 hours but be prepared to wait up to 48 hours for non urgent requests. Current wait times are about one hour and are probably even less as I have had some very quick responses in tne past week.
Keep an eye on your private message box the envelope icon next to your avatar for a little number to pop indicating a message from the CSA's (formerly moderators.) Responding promptly will speed up service times.

You will not recieve a refund and even if you did you would then not be able to port your umber to chatr without an active account.
The chatr agent should have explained the porting process to you so you would have understood that not having the pm SIM card would require you to contact pm to make other arrangements to authorize the port.
If you decide to abandon the port a simply go with a new number with chatr then you can phone 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter your 10 digit phone number. Note your renewal date. The evening before your renewal date put a hold on your payment card before midnight eastern. The next morning call 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter your your phone number again and ensure your account is now suspended due to non payment. Your account and services will be cancelled and deactivated 90 days from that date.

and don't worry about it just contact them will help you.... you have to send it to them.

We are customers like you. No personal information.
The moment you port out your number, your PM account will be closed/deleted.
If you have autopay set up, it is good practice to remove it and remove your credit card from PM account so they do not charge you by accident!

first you need to getting new SIM card for public mobile to getting service with it,
ensure old SIM card must be inside your device and your account with your previous provider must still be active so you can receive and respond to the SMS asking to confirm if you would like to Transfer your number, your reply should be: YES
The confirmation message can take a few minutes to come in. You have 90 minutes from the time of request.
your account with chatr is Active ? to you allowed to Transfer to public mobile.

i switch carrier feb 5 and i dont know that i will receive a sms to confirm transfer no i have chatr sim card i dont have public mobile sim card any more please transfer my number xxxxxxx to chatr and return my money.

It will be little bit complicated...
You should buy new SIM, create PM account and swap SIMs through your self-serve PM account.
You should contact PM agent so they can correct your email address and probably at the same time swap your SIMs.
It is a good idea to have PM account as many things can be done through self-serve.
