I'm trying to cancel my father's account and plan. Both my parents use the same email but different cell numbers. how can I login to change info for Father? He has passed away last month and his account is no longer needed. His # is xxx-xxx-xxxx.

Hi, I would start a ticket thru SiMon, Ticket replies are by a real human that will reply every 30-60!minutes during the daytime, Explain what you need to be done and he will sort it for you or explain how! Sorry for your loss ❤️

sorry for your loss.  PM is a prepaid provider  if the account was setup to pay by your father's credit card, when the CC is  cancelled, PM cannot take the money and the account will then be suspended and closed 90 days later

Sorry for your loss. Sucks that you have to deal with all this now. Did your mother use the same credit card on her account? Can you or your mother log in to the credit card account? If so does it have a pause or lock feature? You could find the renewal date of his account and pause the card overnight which would stop the payment. Then the account goes into suspension and eventually deactivates altogether.
