@Hawa yiu lost your phone, but you don't need the accoint number unless you are porting out. Also, you will have problem without a PM sim card to receive porting approval text and reply YES to let the porting completes
If you are staying with PM or for the purpose of the porting text for port out, get a replacement sim card from a local Telus or Koodo store

Why do you need your account number? It is used if you are porting out of PM.
If you lost your phone, login to your account and click on Lost/Stolen Phone so your SIM information is put on pause.
Once you get a new phone and SIM, disable Lost/Stolen Phone then click a on Change SIM Card so everything is transferred over to new SIM.

@Hawa , if you are able to login to your account, the account number is available in the profile tab.

Are you able to login to your self service account?
Use your email to login with password.
If you forgot your password, try to reset your password

Then you can report your phone stolen or lost.
