locked phone from Bell

Anyone know if you can bring a cell phone locked with Bell. Would it work on Public moblie

@Ottawatech Check out kijiji. For android, there are several people who would unlock it for $10 max. 

For iphone $30 max.

If you can't wait, you can get android unlock for about $10, iPhone with turbo sim for $10 to $30.

u need to get the phone unlocked.  if its an android check out ebay.

if iphone best to get bell to unlock if usually $50.  else wait till jan when carriers will need to unlock fro free.

Also there was a member offering unlock codes for free for samsung phones i believe.

No, it will not work on Public Mobile. You will need to unlock it in order to use it on Public Mobile.
