I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET HELP SINCE JULY 24TH THIS SERVICE IS AWFUL AND A SCAM. DO NOT USE IT. i have not topped anything up!!! i was charged the ten dollar activation fee twice. i also was charged for talking which i did not get access to and then i did not get my data or texting and was charged
i was charged 8.96 on aug 3 for no reason??!!?!? i have no data or texting, why are they charging me again?!july 26th i was charged 30.24 for calling which i did not get and it was supposed to be only 27 dollars after tax as well as 8.96. i want my service canceled. as well as a full refund for those charges. i do not want any more charges and i have contacted my credit card company to dispute this. i want a full refund!

@ShawnC13 @mimmo Yes, i assumed that charge was for an add-on. But yet OP assumes they were activation fees
OP, as mentioned above, you were charged the correct amount for 30 days tax only plan and 8.96 for an add-on.

@novabatten, and now with the explanatin from @NDesai, the $8.96 is probably 200 minutes of North American Long Distance plus the appropriate tax amount.

THE 8.96 = 8+ .96 (.12 tax) that is the price of a 200 minute usa long distance addon

How did you try contacting the mods? Did you send them a private message @CS_Agent explaining your situation and proving your number?
Please don't type in caps, this is all very fixable.

That $30.24 ($27+12% tax) is the correct amount you were charged for 30 days Talk only plan. The plan prices you see on the plan page doesn't include tax.

@novabatten, these are very strange amounts. Remove your credit card from autopay section. If you have already done that I would suspect that your credt card has been comprimised and you should contact the CC company to look into it.

There are no additional charges other than your plan and add-ons you add. Post a screenshot of your payment history from your self-serve account so we can make sense of it. Be sure to hide your personal info.
