Im locked out and says contact customer service which sends me to the community site

now what?

Did you try several times? It could just be a temporary lock. Try again this evening and you may be good to go, if it goes beyond you may need a CSA to manually change that issue for you.

You can dial 611 to get the status of your account and also pay for renewal using your on-file credit card (you will need your pin number)

Then try accessing your account in a few hours.

@Bernie3   You can wait a full hour and try again

 

If still fails, try to use the Forgot Password link, you can enter the email address, then answer the security question to complete the self-reset process

 

If still unable to reset it, open a ticket with PM Support:
