I ported my number from Koodo. Koodo sent me a text and (after about 2 hrs I noticed the text) and when I confirmed cessation of service my Koodo service stopped immediately. BUT my Public Mobile service has not started yet and it has been about 30 minutes.
Is this normal?
Did I take too long to respond and Public Mobile needs to be re-started again or something?

Koodo was post paid. It was on a monthly plan. The problem is not with Koodo, it cancelled immediately without a problem. But now I have no service with PUBLIC MOBILE

@BPB First was Koodo pre paid or post paid ? And do you miss the confirmation text to port you would have had 90 mins to do this if post paid there a number for live support will send you it private message if prepaid you need support help
