phone calls come through, but we can’t hear the people or they can’t hear us.

@Lauchiemackinno  There’s been an issue with voice for making and receiving calls . Not sure if this is what’s impacting you folks also here’s the link

It’s happening to my wife’s phone as well on the same network not likely the problem. Thank you for the suggestion.

@Lauchiemackinno check if Bluetooth is enabled and connected to a headset.  

 

And see if you click speakerphone, does the voice come

 

You might want to reboot the phone first, then try Reset All Network and see if it helps

@Lauchiemackinno  Can you try SIM card in another phone and see if services are working correctly also is your volume turned down all the way by any chance
